Connecting with Customer Service Regarding a Missorted Package

First...wow!! I spent hours today trying to understand and resolve a missorted package to my home address. I've never experienced a Customer Support experience w/any other company as I did today with Canpar. I spent my life in the transport industry. Last role was the Distributorr Principal, President and owner of Cummins Eastern Canada. I have known Canpar and Transforce for years. I received a text advising that I would be receiving a package from Canpar. Track Number D680011****0002166**** Reference WIZ:CC:SHOPBARGAIN Supposed to be delivered by the end of Nov 28 and did not arrive. I received a message at 4:59 am this morning saying that the package was "missorted" in Lachine. Called customer Support and was put on hold and listening loop recording for over 30 minutes before I left. No one answered... After, I called back. Transferred to the same non-answering loop recording stating :" your call is importance to us...etc..." I tried to remain calm but the frustration was building...hung up, called back after another 20 minutes on hold. When someone finally answered they said theywould transfer me to Customer Support. I asked them to please not put me on hold and they said..."You have called the IT department and there is nothing I can do to help" and he transferred me back to your "non-answering" service department loop recording. Total irresponsibility from any department speaking with a customers. I then decided to try to call the Lachine, Quebec location. I was given 3 options on the phone answering service...No live response. Dial 1 to track a package, 2 to request package pick-up, 3 speak with a Customer Support agent. I pushed 3 and the response was..."I didn't get that, please try again." So I tried again, two more times. Same response. So I called from the landline. same response. never experienced anything worse than service at Canpar. and on your website locations, you list UPS Store locations and numbers??!!...can someone please call me at 514 923 ****. Your senior management really need to know how poor your support is. The worst, by far in my experience in business!! Hope you can help. Good luck... Mike

Yesterday i had a delivery here in Clinton. No problem with the product but the driver sonehow managed to back over my lawn on his way into my driveway. Its not a big deal but my driveway is over 30 feet wide. How do you miss that? Maybe this driver needs some retraining. I was a transport driver for over 32 years and i never had occasion to something that stupid. We get deliveries from Fed Ex, Purolator and none of then never got close to the lawn. I only have one supplier that uses Canpar. I will instruct them to use another carrier for further purchases.

Hello, I have a package (tracking number; D431005****0018152****) that is suppose to arrive between the 30th of November & the 7th of December. Because I live in a duplex, I wanted to add that I would like the parcel to be shipped on the left side of the duplex. I would also like it to be left in front of the garage door. Thank you

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!

CanPar ADMITTEDLY delivered my parcel to the wrong address!! They then avoided many phone calls and emails. Finally after a request for lawyer info I received 1 email from a customer service agent. I sent requested info. Including invoiced contents of lost package. Never heard from agent again. After several phone calls and emails to general customer service I received I lineyour claim has been denied. Then my on-slot of emails was sent to themincluding the original email where they admitted delivery to wrong address. For my lost $1500 parcel I received less than $150! AFTER they requested proof of value of items in parcel. I think Im done using CanPar

yes they delivered the next day, but shouldn't have to write an email on how bad the service is. Hopefully they start to keep customers happy and not upset

Package

I have a package in Edmonton. Order number is 2027. It's supposed to be dropped off at a place in Edmonton. It is a trucking company they are closed at the moment Because they do the trucking up to the Northwest Territories To inuvik. The road is closed at the moment. When the road opens up then the trucking company will be taking packages. Leave the package in Edmonton and I will let you know when the road is open so you can deliver it to the tracking company. The tracking number on the package is D431926****0000743****

THEY NEVER DELIVERED MY PACKAGES!!!

I ordered books worth almost $500. They said they delivered them but never did. There is a camera on our front porch and there were NO delivery attempts. They also say someone named Shawn signed for the books, Nobody named Shawn lives in my house, nor are any neighbours named Shawn. AWFUL SERVICE!!

Canpar stole my package

I bought a tv from TSC and there was no buzzer code on it and they told me it was at 1213 bayview hasty market and thats been closed down for years so two customer representatives had told me go there and get it haaa haaaa its closed ??? Shut down empty So how can I get my package Im going to call police and see if they can help me with my package since you cant! Oh your customer service dont know what the. Hecks theyre song. And your service sucks then o was told pay or it wont be delivered high what nerve yall have its sickening your company should be shut down terrible service just awful
